I had Charlie highly recommended to me by a mate who described her as the cream of the crop. After getting my lips and eyebrows tattooed + other treatments done by her I can see why. Charlie truly is a master in what she does, her skill level and knowledge is beyond belief. Charlie also uses a special numbing cream which makes the procedures almost painless.
My recent visit to this salon for eyelash extensions left me quite let down. While I cannot speak for their eyebrow services, I must share my negative experience with the eyelash extensions.
