Absolutely dreadful. Waited nearly 3 hours for a haircut that never happened (got it in 5 mins from Ray’s around the corner). Spent my time watching one worker barely moving and the other man lazily on his phone, despite a long line of customers. After a single 40-minute cut, he took a food break, while we waited into our 3rd hour. The cuts I saw looked subpar; I left feeling relieved without one.
Top-notch Barber. Incredibly friendly with top-quality cuts every time for me and my boys. I believe recent negative reviews stem from a former employee's behavior while Dali was away.
Whenever I'm in Wellington, I make sure to visit this spot. The service is exceptional, and the cuts are unmatched. They truly take pride in their work and never fail to impress. I wholeheartedly recommend this place.
