Wow! I am amazed, this has definitely been my top experience at a salon in my entire life, the team has the most incredible training and customer service, all small details were noticed and they were able to create a stunning colour for me. Jacques is just so lovely, made me feel so welcome and like a new friend. The other 2 ladies are equally kind and give the most beautiful massages while offering anything else I need like tea or coffee, water temp, etc. I felt so at home and my hair feels so gorgeous, will definitely be returning when in Wellington again.
I discovered Jemima and her hair salon about 3 years ago. Lucky me! She knows how to cut and colour my red hair perfectly. Also she's a great gal....so friendly, relaxed, and always professional (her staff too). Earlier this month, Jaz did the hair styling for my niece's bridal party. She did an excellent job and it was last minute too as the original hairdresser was unwell and couldn't do it. Huge appreciation to Jemima and her team.
