Jenny Nail Salon and Spa

My experiences here were not good. I visited twice, and both times were unpleasant. The nail treatments I received broke within 48 hours. The quality of service was poor, and the prices were high.

This was my first time getting my nails done. The staff were delightful, friendly, and very hospitable. I did get a small cut on one of my fingers from the drill, but I was pleased with how my nails turned out. The array of colors was impressive, making it difficult to choose. I will certainly return.

Kia ora. I visited your establishment on December 21st and it was a terrible experience. I had made a booking for myself and a friend to have pedicures together, with an additional manicure for me. The place was crowded, so we had to wait for some time, which was alright. They attended to my friend first, and after about 10 minutes, they seated me. I had my feet soaking in the water for 15 minutes, and it was cold. Then, two individuals came in, complaining that they had booked for pedicures to be seated together. I was asked to vacate my seat and was not provided with a towel, so I had to put my wet feet back into my shoes and sit on a plastic stool, waiting even longer. Eventually, I was seated for my pedicure, by which time my friend was almost finished. She had to leave, and I ended up with a rushed manicure that wasn't even the color I had chosen. It started cracking and breaking just a few days after, something that had never happened with my previous gel manicures. I was incredibly disappointed with this experience and had to remove the remaining gel myself due to how badly it had cracked, causing my nails to break.
