I made the regrettable decision to buy a few items, including a ring priced at $30-$40. It looked absolutely stunning for about an hour until I noticed it had already started to tarnish. And yes, I take good care of my jewelry by removing it before washing my hands, etc. The same issue occurred with my bracelets. The quality is disappointing considering the price. I understand that it's costume jewelry, but am I wrong to expect these pieces to last at least a couple of hours?! I won't be shopping here again.
The person serving me on Sunday afternoon was quite impolite and had a negative attitude. Despite being in my twenties and appearing youthful, she addressed me as ma'am simply because I had a Louis Vuitton wallet. She didn't even bother to look at my face. I received much better service at the other shops I visited today, such as Tommy Hilfiger, Starbucks, and Lululemon. All the other stores were delightful; she was the only employee at Lovisa whom I wouldn't have hired if I were the manager. Even my mother was appalled by her lack of customer service.
The customer service experience I always receive at the Lovisa store in the city center is exceptional. The staff are consistently friendly, creating an inviting and comfortable shopping environment, which I greatly appreciate when navigating busy streets 🤲🏽 The jewelry and other items I purchase there serve their purpose well and hold up quite nicely given their affordable prices. Big thanks to Nikita, who provided valuable assistance during my visit today!
