I always leave feeling like my hair is wrong because Jade remarks - in a negative tone - on it being really thick and in need of a trim. The last time I went I asked for a fountain fringe, but I don't think you could call it that because it isn't a-symmetrical - with the hair shorter further away from my face, rather than the other way around. There are always weird really short bits of hair on my head where Jade was evidently over-zealous in thinning it. The salon itself is often quite dirty and is shared with a chiropractor, so you can sometimes hear grunting as people's knots are worked out just over the partition. I won't be going back because I don't enjoy my time there nor are very happy with the results.
We take our kids (age 5 and 9) to get their hair cut by Jade. She is lovely and patient with them. Their hair always looks nice when she is done. We have tried a few other places for kids hair and been disappointed, so we are happy we have finally found this place.
I can't express how much I miss Jade's haircuts since I've moved cities. She's that one hairdresser everybody is looking for in their life and she always has the best tips! Colouring is always on point as well! 5***** Hope to see you soon again :)
