I visited this nail salon last minute with my mate and I. Absolutely stunning!!! The staff were lovely, kind, and paid amazing attention to detail 💗. Both of our nails turned out stunning. Despite only 2 of them working currently, they are doing an incredible job. The best nail salon experience I've had 💅...
The woman who did my nails was very friendly and attentive to detail. I appreciated that. However, during the manicure, they worked on my dry skin which caused discomfort when accidentally touched. This resulted in my cuticles being rough (the proper way is to soften the skin in water before removing dead skin). Also, when they applied the gel top coat over the dip, it ended up lumpy on two nails, and they didn't seem to notice. I realized this after leaving as we had a disagreement, and I wanted to leave: The nail technician quoted me $85 for 3 colors without mentioning anything about the length of my nail extensions. Towards the end, I handed over $100 in cash, and they argued about giving me $15 back. They said, "it's three colors" - yes, and I was quoted $85. They also mentioned, "the nail length is very long" - no, it's not. I've been getting my nails done for a very long time and have never been charged extra for this average length. It felt like they were trying everything to keep the $15, and that's not respectful. I ended up receiving $10 back because we couldn't agree. I won't be returning, and I want to warn others because their attitude was not pleasant. Even the nail technician had a look on her face that indicated she knew my nails weren't long and that she quoted $85. Yet, she sided with her colleague about the $100 price. That's just not right.
