I had my hair styled and colored by Jade and goodness, I'm a huge fan of hers. My hair was a complete mess before, and she transformed it beautifully, I'm absolutely thrilled with the result! AND she made the whole process enjoyable (never once did she criticize my hair that resembled a cheap, neglected discount store wig), plus I swear getting summery blonde highlights in winter is a remedy for seasonal blues... Studies are pending, but we really should look into it, shouldn't we? Banter 5/5, hairdressing skills 5/5, criticism skills 0/5 (thank goodness)

She listened attentively, provided fantastic suggestions, and delivered a gorgeous French balayage that complemented and enhanced my existing look. Looking forward to a day of hair pampering with Emily! She's been taking care of my hair since I arrived in Auckland last year and I can't imagine switching anytime soon! My hair is so thick, dark, and heavy. Emily is so helpful and knowledgeable on ways to manage it, while keeping the length I desire. She's helped me maintain plenty of blonde in my hair to add some lightness, without going fully blonde or exposing my roots too quickly. Highly recommend her services!
