I've been seeing Te Aroha for a few months now, I really enjoy her approach and eagerly look forward to my next appointment. Te Aroha has such a welcoming energy, I find I'm immediately relaxed when I arrive. Her work feels more enduring and supportive than other massages I've had, and she's really able to hone in on problem areas.
I have had three wonderful sessions with Te Aroha, starting from September 2023. Initially, I went because I had tendon issues in my left leg as well as a recent family bereavement. She was highly recommended to me by a close friend who described her therapy as "intuitive hands on treatment and rejuvenating". My friend was right! Since my first treatment, I have been informally recommending Te Aroha to many others explaining to them that Te Aroha has a "gift". A natural understanding into how a client's body is presenting and an ability to sense where she needs to work using the best treatment method from her repertoire of 'hands on healing'. I continue to come to Te Aroha because the treatment I am having works! She is a skilled professional, compassionate and respectful. Finally, a phrase to describe my experience with Te Aroha would be "insightful healer".
Te Aroha is a great massage therapist. She spends time connecting with you at the beginning of a session which helps to support mind and body holistically. I fully recommend her massage treatment.
