I've been going to Bob for my nails for 14 years! Always professional, friendly, and he has a great team for a wide range of waxing & beauty therapy services as well. Really helpful with suggestions, top-notch products for skincare and makeup, plus the nail products he uses are top-quality and don't harm. I was a "biter" my whole life before I went to Bob, but never felt judged by him, he was really supportive and gave great advice. It took a few years because it's a hard habit to break, but I'm now "bite-free" and love flaunting my nails. I had a massive request (red to ashy blonde) and they did an amazing job, going the extra mile to make sure I was chuffed with the colour. I had my hair styled and colored by Jade and goodness, I'm a huge fan of hers. My hair was a complete mess before, and she transformed it beautifully, I'm absolutely thrilled with the result! AND she made the whole process enjoyable (never once did she criticize my hair that resembled a cheap, neglected discount store wig), plus I swear getting summery blonde highlights in winter is a remedy for seasonal blues... Studies are pending, but we really should look into it, shouldn't we? I've been getting my hair cut at Calibre by Craig for years. He's the best men's hairdresser I've been to. The only time I've gone to someone else was when I was based outside of Wellington. The whole team is super friendly and cover the whole skillset of the modern salon. The coffee is good too and the banter better.
