Really helpful with suggestions, top-notch products for skincare and makeup, plus the nail products he uses are top-quality and don't harm. I was a "biter" my whole life before I went to Bob, but never felt judged by him, he was really supportive and gave great advice. I came in for a lash lift and eyebrow shape. The team was super friendly, and the place was impeccably clean. About a week or two after the procedures, I was content with my eyebrow shapes. However, after 5 minutes, the skin around my eyebrows became extremely irritated. By the 2-week mark, my forehead and eyebrow area started breaking out.
