Wow! I am amazed, this has definitely been my top experience at a salon in my entire life, the team has the most incredible training and customer service, all small details were noticed and they were able to create a stunning colour for me. Jacques is just so lovely, made me feel so welcome and like a new friend. The other 2 ladies are equally kind and give the most beautiful massages while offering anything else I need like tea or coffee, water temp, etc. I felt so at home and my hair feels so gorgeous, will definitely be returning when in Wellington again.About

Believe me, I've never encountered such a disappointing experience with a hairstylist before. My stylist, originally from New Zealand, started off amicably, but things quickly went downhill. Despite clear instructions for a simple crew cut, he seemed unable to grasp them. Towards the end, when I pointed out a misalignment in my haircut, he became defensive, claiming I should have mentioned it earlier. It felt like he was making me out to be the problem.
