I hesitated to write this review, feeling guilty due to the current business challenges. However, I believe it's important to share my experience. My partner and I went for a couples massage, our first time away from our little one in months. I was excited until the massage began. The masseuse, supposedly with 30 years of experience, delivered a treatment that was far from satisfactory. I am familiar with Balinese massage and have had it numerous times, even in Indonesia, where I usually enjoy the style. This session felt rushed, erratic, with significant areas left untouched. It seemed as though the masseuse was in a hurry to finish. For about 15 minutes, she lightly touched my back over a towel without any real massage. Most of my legs were neglected, and none of the knots in my back were addressed. There was constant rustling of paper towels whenever she touched my neck, and my shoulders were only massaged when I lay on my back, which was uncomfortable.
