I experienced a luxurious facial with Taylor and it was truly unlike any other facial I have ever received. I felt incredibly nurtured, well-informed, and at ease throughout the entire process. I booked the pamper me package and added a 1-hour full body massage that I got on Grab One. The massage and facial in the package were divine! But the "spa" mani-pedi was pretty bad. There was no cuticle care, nail shaping, exfoliating scrub, or pressure massage like their website says. The person doing my nails was really struggling to apply the gel polish properly. They didn't even take off their cardigan, and the way they held my fingers kept rubbing it on my nails, leaving stains and bits of fabric. When they moved on to the pedicure, they awkwardly sat on the floor in an uncomfortable position. It was just a basic polish application that wasn't even done well. So, I might return for the massage but definitely not for nail treatments.About

Such a mint time. The crew were all sweet as and the two gals who sorted my nails were spot on. The first one sorted my old nails and the second did the art. Both were quick and on point. No mucking about at all.
