Such a mint time. The crew were all sweet as and the two gals who sorted my nails were spot on. The first one sorted my old nails and the second did the art. Both were quick and on point. No mucking about at all. The most wonderful experience entrusting the lovely talented hairdresser Hannah, especially since I've only ever trusted my mother who is a hairdresser. She was really attentive and sought our input on our desired look. A 5-star experience for both me and my aunt. The customer service and conversations were delightful. I visited this place for a Brazilian and I was impressed by the atmosphere, kind staff, and their thoroughness. It is on the pricier side, but I was willing to pay for the quality of service. They excel at ensuring you experience as little pain as possible during the waxing. Their relaxation room is very inviting with self-serve tea and comfortable seating areas.
