We stumbled upon this salon on social media and our fellow Kiwi suggested it too. Bellagio is the ultimate, top-notch salon in Auckland we've ever visited! Such a wide array of colors too!! Their customer service is spot on, top-notch products and reasonable prices with clear upfront pricing, the Deluxe combo pedicures are incredibly soothing and my partner's favorite. Performed really well and accommodated me slightly earlier than my appointment. TV with music videos playing continuously, which is a nice touch to just relax and watch. I was impressed with the final outcome and the pricing. Will definitely return as it's conveniently located near my workplace. Unsure if their parking is also impacted by the council's parking changes, so be aware that you might struggle to find a spot if you drive here.
Edit - revised to 3 stars after multiple visits, I can now confirm it's inconsistent. It's evident that the service falters when (I presume) the proprietor is absent. One individual rushed through my nails and it looked awful. She kept answering personal calls and midway through, someone else took over. Several staff members were loudly engrossed in their own activities on their phones, creating a noisy and unrelaxing atmosphere. I love visiting Aotearoa! As someone who only gets their hair done once (or maybe twice) a year, I really look forward to the whole experience of being in the salon. Shay has done an amazing job on my hair the two times I’ve seen her and was so responsive when I wanted to come back and get my hair lightened a little more after one of those sessions. The whole experience is calming, friendly and fun. I can’t wait to come in and get pampered again soon ☺️About

The nail art in New Zealand is truly stunning, and Rani is clearly a very skilled artist. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was lacking, with tools being dropped on the floor and reused immediately. This would not be a concern if my cuticles hadn't been badly damaged, causing bleeding and pain for several days after. I was hesitant to leave a review, but my BIAB started lifting after just 9 days.
