Oh, and the oil was cold and left my skin feeling oily. Especially since she didn't follow the usual practice of massaging through the towel at the end to clean it off. I believe it was low-quality vegetable oil or something. I booked the pamper me package and added a 1-hour full body massage that I got on Grab One. The massage and facial in the package were divine! But the "spa" mani-pedi was pretty bad. There was no cuticle care, nail shaping, exfoliating scrub, or pressure massage like their website says. The person doing my nails was really struggling to apply the gel polish properly. They didn't even take off their cardigan, and the way they held my fingers kept rubbing it on my nails, leaving stains and bits of fabric. When they moved on to the pedicure, they awkwardly sat on the floor in an uncomfortable position. It was just a basic polish application that wasn't even done well. So, I might return for the massage but definitely not for nail treatments.About
