Tom is the finest hairdresser I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. He effortlessly grasps your vision and executes it flawlessly. A delightful individual with engaging conversation and impeccable cutting skills. I'm relocating to England and deeply saddened to bid farewell to him as my hairdresser. The attire in the establishment is also exceptionally stylish.
Top-notch merchandise & bespoke tailoring. We are immensely proud of Tom & Nat for establishing @thatwasthenwgtn & @thatwasthenbarbershop on Lombard Lane. Their aim to fill the gap in top-notch men's fashion in the Wellington market by curating from local & global premium brands is commendable, focusing on enduring style. From everyday workwear (Red Wings, Sunray & TSPTR), military-inspired attire (Buzz Rickson's & Rogue Territory), raw denim (Samurai & Sugar Cane), to superior grooming products (Cut Throat & Layrite), they have it all. Featuring a striking mural by @juse1ts, functional design by @themerrygoroundstore, and exquisite aesthetics by @injectdesign, there's much to admire here. Additionally, Tom is a superb barber!
Stumbled upon this fantastic store brimming with incredibly trendy denim. Ordered a denim top online, and it arrived the very next day accompanied by a personal note! Can't decide what I adore more - the top is quite stylish. I foresee more rugged denim in my future.
