The lady at the customer service counter was absolutely outstanding. Despite the queue, she had a remarkable ability to make each customer feel acknowledged and assisted with a cheerful demeanor as soon as it was their turn to approach the counter. This was around 2pm on Monday 1 April. She truly is fantastic and deserves a raise.
Caution - Avoid using the click & collect service at the store. I decided to use click & collect for a few items as I was short on time to browse the store. After receiving an email notifying me that my purchase was ready for collection, I drove to the store when I had a chance. Although the staff were friendly, "Ready for Collection" doesn't actually mean that the items are ready. It apparently involves someone going to a distant storeroom and searching for the purchase. After waiting for 10 minutes with no sign of my items, any updates from the staff, or any progress, I had to leave. I wasted 45 minutes of my time, petrol to get there, and the money I spent as I left empty-handed. It would have been quicker to locate the items in-store and purchase them rather than waiting for the ineffective click and collect process.
Huge place, so many choices from kitchen tools, office desks and chairs, appliances, electronics, stationery, printers, footwear, clothing, veggies, and fragrances. I've never had to wait in line when shopping there. You can even sign up for a membership online, so convenient. I particularly enjoy purchasing laundry detergent here. It's much more affordable. They even have a restroom available.
