Visited a few times now and each time I've been thoroughly impressed with the facility. Impeccably clean and well-run. The sauna for warming up and the ice pool for cooling down are fantastic features. Just a heads up, it's quite intense in terms of temperature changes, so brace yourself! Haven't come across anything quite like it in Aotearoa, so definitely worth a visit!
Superb establishment, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, a truly warm welcome for our inaugural visit. Rentable towels and post-sauna kombucha available. The sauna was generously spacious and set at a toasty 90 degrees, while the cold plunge was equally roomy and a brisk 5 degrees.
