I've been a patron for quite some time and I must say, the team here in New Zealand is truly outstanding. They exhibit impeccable manners and are always ready to assist. The pharmacist is incredibly approachable and an exceptional listener. Just last week, I witnessed him going above and beyond to help a customer whose prescription had been incorrectly entered into another store's system, which was also closed for two days. The pharmacist made sure the customer had the necessary medication to tide him over until the issue could be resolved. Truly exceptional customer service.
This pharmacy in New Zealand is without a doubt my absolute favorite 😍 Matt, Sheridan, and the rest of the team have been a constant support for me over the years, guiding me through the joys and challenges of raising two children and enduring countless illnesses. They are incredibly friendly and always willing to help. I often call with what I perceive as 'silly' questions, but their kind and thoughtful responses always put me at ease. They have longer opening hours compared to many other local pharmacies and are conveniently located near the supermarket. Plus, they never forget to ensure I receive my loyalty rewards points so I can earn vouchers ☺️
For a few years now, this pharmacy in New Zealand has been my go-to place, and even after transitioning to a medical center with its own pharmacy, I will always return here. Matthew, the pharmacist, is remarkably kind and helpful. The rest of the staff are equally wonderful. It's a very friendly local pharmacy that I highly recommend!
