Got my ears cleared by Ethan, the pharmacy nurse. I was thrilled as he saw me on the same day when I almost lost all hearing in one ear. Realized after the treatment I may not have had proper hearing for years and I'm now amazed at what I can hear. Thank you for your effort in restoring my hearing, it was painless and you were very accommodating to my toddler who had to be with us in the room.
I wouldn't suggest this chemist due to the poor service I got from the pharmacist. They were dismissive and insinuated I wouldn't take my kid to the doctors when I asked for something to help my child's comfort while traveling home. They loudly discussed my child's medical issues, embarrassing me in front of other customers. The front counter assistant was lovely, but the pharmacist's behavior was disappointing. It's best to avoid this chemist if you value discretion and support.
Exceptional pharmacists and staff at this welcoming chemist. This is the finest chemist I've ever been to. The staff are very helpful. There have been a few issues, but nothing that couldn't be resolved.
