We really need a better system for informing customers about closures. I've been caught out multiple times by closures that weren't announced. Customers should be notified if their prescription renewal date falls on a day when the pharmacy is closed.
The staff are friendly, but be prepared for a wait. With thousands of students at the uni, it can get quite busy. I once had to wait for an hour, but I understand they're doing their best.
The staff here are so friendly and helpful, and they're great at keeping me updated about my prescriptions. I've been coming here for nearly a decade now and I'll definitely continue to do so :)
