Excellent service! I dropped by to send off a couple of parcels on Sunday 12th around midday - was assisted by a young woman with flowing hair. She was incredibly friendly and enthusiastic, really going the extra mile to assist the customers ahead of me who were struggling to choose a scarf and find their way to the nearest stores, etc. Exceptional service! 😊
The conduct of the individual at the counter was absolutely disgraceful, acting as though they were doing a favor by providing the service. They overcharged for a passport photo with no expertise, coupled with a patronizing demeanor (35 dollars for 2 copies). A money-focused employee with no regard for customer service. Proceed with caution when getting your photo taken by this unprofessional individual. Pro tip: Avoid Unichem for your photo needs, instead take your own picture with your phone and have Photo Espresso on Victoria Street print it by sending the digital copy via email. They are fantastic and only charge 10 dollars for 4 copies. My experience with them was seamless.
