I went for consultation in Wellington for a neck lift. Was told could be done through liposuction. Paid many thousands of dollars for treatment, followed all instructions, no improvement. Vein and Skin got her back for an assessment then suggested chemical injections, free, they did not work either. We were then told that that was it, no more treatments, it is what it is. we are very dissatisfied with the results. Over 19 months later there is no change from pre-operation After months of pain and discomfort there is no improvement from pre-operation. Very unhappy. Staff were very friendly, but we feel that an offer of money back would have been appropriate in this instance. A lot of money for no gain.
I popped into the Auckland clinic. Exceptionally friendly team, all the folks I chatted with made me feel right at home and at ease. From start to finish, the Doctor and Nurse ensured I was well-informed, relaxed, and well taken care of, with everything going off without a hitch. The wonderful women at the reception desk were fantastic, delivering some of the finest service I've experienced in a while. Definitely a spot I'd revisit for future procedures.
Underwent a couple of treatments with Sam Clarke a few moons ago and couldn't be happier with the outcome. I'm a wimp when it comes to pain and always get jittery before any treatment, no matter how many times I've had it. Sam was understanding and gentle, walking me through the entire process before and during the treatment. Thank you, Sam, you've gained a content repeat client.
I went in and had a consult with nurse Emma who suggested trying a treatment called DermaPen for my face. I trusted her and went through six sessions costing around $1200, but unfortunately, I didn't see any noticeable results. She then proposed trying a higher setting for the DermaPen, promising to follow up, but she never did. She also mentioned that there's no guarantee it will work. She showed me some before and after photos of other patients, but it all seemed misleading.
