I was perusing the feedback for this spot to check if it was a reputable spot to receive a massage. However, upon encountering the aggressive and snide replies from this individual to dissatisfied customers, I was entirely put off from visiting.
Ohhh I see, they have now altered their name. Surely, they will respond with something impolite upon reading this. I concur with all the negative reviews they have received. They do not merit any commendation. Their knowledge of reflexology is lacking. They did not even massage the underside of the foot, only touched above it while discussing their personal life with men. So disappointing. No relaxation to be found. It's not a proper massage. A Kmart massage ball or a tennis ball would do a better job. Please, save your money and time and seek a different place if you seek a truly relaxing massage. They are definitely not a skilled therapist and lack professionalism entirely.
