Wow. Such awesome vibes and every single one of the people working there were super lovely! Te Aroha (sorry if I didn’t spell that right) was my stylist today and I had never met them before… They were the most lovely amazing person I’ve ever had cut my hair before by far! Their service and vibe was so refreshing and for someone so young in hairdressing they did such a great job on my hair! Everyone has seen me and been just as impressed as I was. Hands down best experience I’ve had at a hairdresser for sure! Thank you Te Aroha so much I’m so happy and all ready for my bday and Xmas and to all the lovely people down there 💜
Had a balayage and cut here a couple of weeks ago. I wasn't happy with the colour of the highlights (not quite right for my natural colour and skin tone). They were really responsive about getting the right result for me. Had me come back in to redo the toner and the colour was perfect. I really appreciate it, as things won't always be perfect (especially as I had not had bleaching before, so I wasn't able to give much direction about what I like). The attention to detail in getting it right for me will be bringing me back. Big thanks to Jackie and Sammy.
After having an unsuccessful attempt to dye my hair at home, with the colour I used fading after a few weeks, I went to Vivo Hair Salon on Tory Street to have my hair done professionally. I was greeted by the very friendly staff, who proved to be helpful and knowledgeable in their job. And thanks to Olivia, who is a very nice person, I now have a new and fresh hair look, which was performed with professionalism and courtesy. I am very happy with the result, therefore I highly recommend their salon!
