THIS CLINIC IS ABSOLUTELY TOP-NOTCH. Been with NZHC for the past 4 years and they've never let me down. Every single person I encounter at this clinic is amazing from the moment I step in until I leave.
Negligent surgeon, was pushed into using a different stitch technique leading to infection despite my expressed worries. Surgeon showed no care, took no responsibility, lacked empathy, and offered no solutions even after enduring complications for months. Terrible experience.
