It's always a challenge to reach them. I went in for a check-up and was informed that a tooth needed to be extracted. I booked the appointment, showed up, and the dentist was not very talkative or friendly. The extraction process was difficult and I was not reassured at all; it ended up being quite brutal. The aftermath left me with stitches that extended beyond the adjacent teeth. I've had multiple teeth extracted in the past and never experienced anything like this. There was no follow-up communication to check on my well-being. For the price I paid, the service was subpar. After visiting another plunket clinic and receiving a warm reception from kind, compassionate individuals who encouraged me to drop by anytime, even just to say hello... my experience at the Whakatane Plunket clinic was quite the opposite. I didn't feel embraced. It seemed like we were an inconvenience, despite it being a drop-in clinic! We were advised not to return for a few months, giving the impression they didn't want to see us until then, regardless of the circumstances. I'm uncertain if I'll revisit after that encounter. Unfortunately, I didn't catch the name of the woman we met.

All the crew were a welcoming, lively bunch of people.
It was awesome to see how they all collaborate to complete the task.

Scheduled a pedicure a couple of days ago. The experience was delightful! The foot massage was wonderfully long, and they did a fantastic job. Asked the person tending to us (my mum and me) if we could also get gel shellac manicures, and they were very accommodating despite closing early on Sundays at 2.30pm (we asked around 1.15pm, still during the pedicure). Also requested white French tips for my fingers, and the lady did an amazing job!! Hand-painted the French tips herself - all symmetrical too!
Unfortunately, my mum chose a color that ended up a bit clumpy and not as smooth, with visible stroke lines. It chipped the next day while typing. She booked a fix, and they were happy to help. Overall, a 4*. They stayed open until close to 4 to accommodate us! Highly recommend!!
