Outstanding service from all the staff, can't say the same about the former owner. I found his service subpar & lackluster. Today I found out he's sold after 20 years. Smart move, time to move on. Let the young ones take over because they provide exceptional service. Hopefully the new owner is young and energetic to support his youthful employees and the Auckland community. Keep up the 5-star service team, you're amazing!
This was my maiden visit to Hair Haven going for myself and not my kids. It's been spruced up and the entire experience was top-notch and professional. Mason was my stylist and he did a splendid job.
Mate, the man. Incredible work, it's great to see the enthusiasm, it's just a tad quiet, might need some women in there, to bring smiles, laughter, and some good gossip chat 🤣!
