Visited Smiths to order a Kiwi tuf shed, around 3k, asked the woman sweeping the floor about the shed, seemed clueless about the product and even worse was so uninterested mentioned it was 430pm, she couldn't help, handed the brochure to another man, told to get his name and number, and kept on sweeping the floor. I left at that point, went to Builders down the street asked the same thing at 450pm, the young guy took the order, assured it would be sorted and confirmed the next morning. Based on my experience with Smiths will never step foot in there again and will share my experience. Unbelievable.
