Rebecca is exceptional at her job - highly skilled and effective. I would enthusiastically recommend her services.
Had a wonderful experience here for ear wax removal with Rebecca. She thoroughly explained the process and conducted herself in a professional, friendly, and welcoming manner. I will definitely recommend this service to everyone.
On the day of my child's appointment, I received a call from Ear Health to reschedule the appointment to an earlier time for reasons unknown. As my child's ear condition was deteriorating and causing pain, I promptly rearranged my schedule, took the remainder of the day off work, and embarked on a 1.5-hour drive from our rural setting to ensure we arrived on time. However, due to unexpected roadworks, I arrived 15 minutes late at 12 noon only to find the clinic closed and unattended. Subsequent calls to the contact number redirected me to a central booking service, which informed me that the nurse had likely concluded her day and that there was no immediate solution. I felt a lack of concern for me and my child's well-being. This experience proved to be a complete waste of time, leaving my child with unresolved ear issues and me with a sense of frustration after a 3-hour drive on challenging roads.
