Hello! I recently had a wonderful encounter with the team at Harvey Norman in Whanganui. I purchased a bed head and required a bracket to assemble it. Struggling with the assembly, I reached out to the team in Whanganui and was met with a very kind individual who promptly arranged for two individuals to assist me. These two individuals successfully attached the bracket to the headboard. I was extremely pleased with the service provided; both of them did an outstanding job and were exceptionally friendly and supportive. A huge thank you to both of them and the lady I spoke with. I would rate each of them a perfect 100 percent.
