Incredible team (especially Sarah... you're a star!), went the extra mile in customer service when even the main office wouldn't honor an agreement. Their assistance was so good it's almost scary haha. Absolutely worth the 2-hour drive and passing the Palmy branch to deal with this crew, will only shop here from now on.

Over the past couple of years Hine has tamed free form moko, made new ones and done maintenance for both myself and my partner. Moko always look fab at the end of each session. The whole experience is always so welcoming. Hine is just one of those warm souls, the studio is so cozy with great tunes, a relaxing rural outlook, and an incredible collection of art and moko related trinkets for sale that seems to have expanded in offerings every visit. Hine is very efficient at what she does, and her pricing is extremely reasonable considering the magic she works in each session.
