I absolutely adore Eli! She is incredibly professional and friendly, and always does an amazing job! I am thrilled with how my lashes and eyebrows turned out.
I recently had a Brazilian wax and gel manicure/gel pedicure done, and I was disappointed. The cuticles were not trimmed, and the polish started peeling off after just 4 days, some even falling off while I slept. Despite being touted as an expert in Brazilian waxing, there was wax residue left on me, and the job was not done properly as there was still a significant amount of hair left untouched. The service was subpar and felt rushed.
