Absolutely delighted with my experiences at Vivo Whanganui. Been a loyal customer for quite some time now for coloring and styling. I am truly satisfied, my stylist is fantastic at coloring, The staff is so welcoming, always ready to chat and smile. Appreciate the complimentary coffee or orange drink with delicious fudge while waiting. I tend to stick to routines, especially when I receive a service that meets my expectations. It's been at least 3 years or more now.. Only encountered one issue which was promptly resolved at no extra cost.. Highly recommend them.. you get what you pay for. I invest in quality products because I value looking good and maintaining my hair. Using Zip or Layby for payment in installments makes it more convenient when I don't have the full amount upfront. It helps make my pampering more manageable and affordable. Kudos to Vivo Whanganui
Visited for a haircut, showed the stylist what I wanted. He ended up giving me a blunt cut that was a complete disaster. It was so awful that I immediately went to another salon to see if they could fix it. I dislike confrontations and felt unable to speak up. Had to pay $57 for a horrible cut and an additional $40 to have it corrected at another salon. Emailed Vivo about the situation and was told they would inform the manager, but never received any follow-up. My partner insists I continue to reach out because I deserve a refund.
