Great spot, good folk here, BUT Mitre 10 staff are more attentive and helpful. Especially in the trade section. Blame it on management style..
Always out of stock. App never functions right. Staff never bother to offer assistance. Aisles cluttered with boxes. Checkout staff lack training on powerpass.
These shops have almost everything. I can bring my dog in who's getting a lot of attention due to being deaf with 3 legs. Every visit uncovers new items they carry. However, their extensive range always leads me to buy unplanned products and plants, grab a cappuccino, and sometimes a sneaky snack.
