I was truly impressed with the fantastic service when I recently visited for an ultrasound-guided steroid injection. After a referral from my specialist, I received a prompt response and was given an appointment quickly. The delightful Kate was pleasant to interact with both on the phone and in person on the day. I not only got information via email but also received a printed handout on the day. I had a highly competent team performing my procedure, and it was less painful than I had anticipated. I appreciated being able to view everything on a large display. Many thanks to Emily and Dr. Lucia for their excellent work. Well done Team Echo South :)
