Absolutely stunning! Felt like a queen throughout the entire afternoon, before and after my hair transformation! Thank you immensely 🫶🏻🥰😍💃🏼 …
I requested a trim to remove some length and add layers to reduce the weight of my hair. What I ended up with looks as if a chainsaw went through the center of it. I now have 2 layers, one reaching my shoulder and the other a jagged, uneven mess about 4 inches shorter. It's hardly surprising considering the actual time spent cutting my hair was probably less than 10 minutes. The feedback I've received ranges from "what on earth happened to your hair" to "did you do it yourself". And that pretty much sums it up. As for the price - I was told "depending on the amount of hair you have + a restyle cut it will be between $82 - $94 and your appointment time will be longer :)". I was charged the highest amount, yet I see no justification for it. Restyle? That's laughable, and the time spent with the 'stylist' was a maximum of 30 minutes including the blow-dry. I would gladly pay more for a stylist who took their time and cared about how my hair looked. After all, it's a reflection of their cutting expertise, isn't it? The young lady who washed my hair was delightful, but that alone isn't enough to make me return or recommend Envy to others. P.S. I observe that the owner only responds to the 5-star reviews. Do they not address the negative experiences?
Awesome atmosphere, adored this spot. Needed a quick fix while visiting from Wellington and fortunately they were able to squeeze me in. Highly recommend this place.
