Had lovely service from Tui today in the cosmetic department. Went the extra mile to help! Found the information I needed and walked me to the products I wanted instead of pointing me in the direction. So helpful and friendly☺️
Had a bad experience here. The staff are very friendly yet very clueless. I purchased a Calvin Klein top as a gift, however they forgot to take the ink tag off. Only just noticed it when I got home, I now have to go to the trouble to take it back. Terrible service, staff should go through basic training again… 🤦♀️
Today I left my pup in the car under the tree at farmers to walk into town while visiting from Rotorua and the fire alarm went off, my pup must have got a fright and somehow even with the cone on her head after just having surgery on her paw got the window on the car all the way down and jumped out. The lovely employees at farmers looked after her until I got back and I appreciate it so much cause someone could have just come by and stole her (which when I saw she wasn’t in the car I started freaking out cause she has been stolen before that’s why her name is repo lol). Great friendly employees you guys all are!!!! Thank you so much :)
