Went to Lovisa today seeking new nose rings. Initially wanted to switch metal from silver to gold as a friend suggested it suited me. However, the lady who assisted me advised sticking with silver or opting for rose gold due to my cool tones. She even checked my wrist veins, noting the blue veins indicated silver or rose gold would be best. Should have noted her name; as a Customer Service Manager myself, I was amazed by her connection and willingness to assist. Thank you! 💕
Served by Alizae, who was incredibly kind with a beaming smile. Got my helix pierced, and she sensed my nerves but did a fantastic job. The funniest part was when she slyly asked if I wanted a countdown before clicking the gun on my ear. She knew distracting me would make it easier. A great technique that should be used more often. Will definitely return here.
