Opted for hair dye, lash extensions, pedicure, manicure, and facial. Had the same package last year and it was flawless. Service was highly professional and received many compliments on my makeup. Was very appreciative. However, this time, despite requesting the same package for perfection, the service fell short. The hair dye was off and the final look was not up to standard. Cassidy always gets my brows symmetrical even though I struggle to shape them myself. She’s so professional but also makes sure to find ways to relate to you if you feel nervous. She takes her time and doesn't make you feel rushed which gave me amazing results. Best brows in Whangarei by far.
