The elderly woman in the store is a nightmare, hand out, yelling, "You need a mask!" No pleasantries, just demands. Unpleasant experience now! Where is Max? He was so helpful, friendly, and a great communicator! Ugh, never want to come back.
The older lady today needs a refresher on customer greetings. Basic sales etiquette - start with a warm "Hello, how are you?" Not a harsh, "Where's your mask?" in a rude tone. Unnecessary and off-putting. Didn't make a purchase.
