The team online always greets you with a smile and is super friendly. It's a breeze, especially when you manage to snag the express slot, which gets your order to you within an hour.
This morning, my mate and I popped into the store to grab some kai for our lunch. When we got to the checkout, I was done paying, so I started helping my friend with the process (since she wasn't sure how to do it). Suddenly, a staff member tapped me on the shoulder and bluntly told me to leave. I tried explaining that I was just assisting my friend, but she insisted I go. It was quite disappointing and unprofessional. Many students at the school have faced similar treatment. Not a good look, Countdown! 😡
