I had major nerves about getting my hair styled. The team was exceptional. They listened to my preferences and offered some suggestions on what would suit me. It's the best haircut I've had in ages. As I was leaving, they gave me some product samples and a voucher for my next visit. All neatly packaged in an envelope with my name on it. I was truly impressed. Fantastic atmosphere and team. Highly recommended.

He took the time to outline the pricing and process for achieving my desired style.
