I absolutely adore this spot, it's always so welcoming. They are an incredible lash technician, consistently delivering top-notch service. I am always thrilled with how my lashes and brows turn out. Additionally, they are delightful to converse with, making it easy to have a chat. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!
My encounters with this establishment have been less than satisfactory. They have swindled me out of my money with their unlimited services voucher, repeatedly canceling appointments and expecting me to be available the next day. When they cancel, they fail to promptly reschedule, which should be a top priority, especially when canceling last minute, leaving me in a bind. This has occurred six times now, and despite my request for a refund, they have made no effort to address the issue. This lack of concern for their business and clients is evident. I have reached out multiple times to give them a chance to make things right, but have been consistently ignored. The lash extensions only lasted for less than a week due to them being too thick for my natural lashes. I do not recommend their services at all!
