The service at Hornby is consistently exceptional. Every staff member is always smiling and attentive to customers. The pharmacists offer fantastic advice when needed, and there's a wide array of products available. Hornby is always my pharmacy of choice.
I encountered the staff to be incredibly helpful and welcoming, however, there were multiple instances where I noticed that, presumably the owner, the male pharmacist with glasses, would consistently make disparaging remarks to another employee upon seeing me, seeking a reaction. I find this preconceived judgment without knowledge of me to be highly biased, leaving me feeling uneasy and uncomfortable upon leaving the pharmacy. It's evident he holds disdain for those he deems inferior!
