Oh it's been ages since I visited Hornby Lovisa! Warmly welcomed by Oliver with the most radiant smile🤗, his customer service was truly exceptional🤩 Visited with my spouse and son, they chose out some stunning pieces of jewellery, BEAUTIFUL silver sparkly hoop earrings and a set of 20 silver sparkly bangles🥰 I adore this store so much!! Hoping you guys open in Rolleston soon!!! I'd be a regular visitor!! Thank you Oliver 🤩 My son also got his ears pierced by Oliver too!! He is absolutely thrilled with them!! Had a shopping spree on Saturday the 16th March 2024, got my ears pierced. Two fantastic male staff members were on duty! Can't recall their names but both were incredibly friendly! Will definitely be back, keep it up guys!
Visited for ear piercing for 2 adults and 2 children. The staff were very patient with the children, everything was explained very clearly so they could understand. We didn't feel rushed.
