Shut for the day due to illness. Despite having an appointment, no communication to inform me.
Usually a great time, but today I paid more for a bad cut. The person wasn't familiar, didn't wash my hair, inquire about my usual style, or suggest layering for my long, thick, wavy hair. The cut was dry, no products used, and I only spent 17 minutes in the salon with frequent interruptions. Disappointing results for the high price.
