Customer service stars! Interacted with 5 staff members and all were incredibly helpful and polite. It's a rare and delightful experience these days. From beginning to end, couldn't fault the service.
I strolled into this shop and was greeted by a very friendly team member asking if they could assist me. I was in search of a bathroom wall heater, they then directed me to the aisle it was in. While perusing the selection of heaters, another team member approached me and offered helpful advice on which one to purchase. At the checkout, I was greeted by yet another welcoming team member. The manager of this shop should be proud of the quality of their staff - friendly, with good eye contact, and a solid knowledge of the products they sell. Thank you very much.
A fantastic general store for all things home and garden. One of the more well-equipped and organized stores with clear and straightforward labeling, making it easy to find everything you might need from tools to bathroom and kitchen items, paints, garden plants, and daily essentials. Everything for your home. The icing on the cake is the staff. Always pleasant and friendly. Every store should take notes on customer service from Mitre10 staff! One of the best teams and customer approaches I've ever encountered. Always ready to help and assist with any inquiries you may have. Always a pleasure to return.
