I wasn’t going to write a review since i don’t know much about hair but since being to a different professional and having everything explained to me in detail i feel like i should let people know. i had been going to this salon for a while and at the start i loved the way my hair looked and then it started to look very bright at my scalp and very ashy at the bottom this is because they overlap their foils with existing bleach this makes the hair extremely fragile and damaged i believe this is why my hair is in the condition it is now i used to have beautiful healthy hair and now it struggles to grow past a certain length, after i noticed it looking very bright at the top and ashy at the bottom i decided to get brown dye put in, my hair has snapped off so badly and it has made me super stressed and upset. Another thing that alarmed me was how it hurt when the foils were taken out i feel like yanking them out would cause more damage and when i went to a different salon i couldn’t even feel her pulling them out so there is definitely a better way to get the foils out. i knew my last time going to this salon was when i arrived on time and had not eaten anything that morning but i didn’t want to make her late for her next appointment by getting something to eat and when i got there she said she was running behind but didn’t give me an estimated time and i ended up waiting 39 minutes and i was still paying for “extra long” hair even though my hair had to be cut super short since it was all snapped and fried off. again the only reason i am writing this review is because my self confidence has gone down so much because of my hair and i’ve experienced much better treatment at a different salon and i think you should spend your money somewhere elseThe Hair Collective is open in Monday: 12:00-20:00 Tuesday: 12:00-20:00 Wednesday: 9:00-17:00 Thursday: 9:00-17:00 Friday: 9:00-17:00 Saturday: Closed Sunday: Closed

Sia worked her magic on my brows and lashes for the first time yesterday and I was blown away. They look fantastic and the lash tint was gentle! She was so attentive and meticulous during the process. It was a truly relaxing experience and I would definitely recommend.

Large 'Open' signs on display, but eventually spotted a small sign with hours, showing 11:30am as Sunday's opening time. Assumed Google was outdated, so lingered until 11:30. Still no activity. Waited until 11:45am, then departed for another place. Scheduled for a Keratin treatment for my hair. Gotta say the folks here were extremely professional. I had the wonderful Sammy who consulted with me every step of the way. I had quite long hair and had to chop off a good bit due to coloring - she was fantastic - and double-checked about 3 times before making the cut.
Extremely pleased with the end result - my hair looks fantastic 👏

My hair is very thick and grows fast and if not cut right it's a big disaster. I had Steph do my hair and he got it perfect the first time. I found Steph very polite and focused on what you want. His skills are efficient and I felt very relaxed. I've decided To be a permanent customer, so is my hubby.
